Jim brings over 16 years’ of senior level creative experience to “Take Out”. His creative expertise encompasses the full range of media, including print production, Web design, interactive programs, and international and domestic film/video work. In his current role as Vice President, Creative Director, at CONNEXION Healthcare in Newtown Pennsylvania, Jim leads the creative vision of the agency in supporting the advertising needs of many of the world’s major pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Jim began his film/video work as an on-air host of a half hour news magazine show called Camera One while attending Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. His on air presence was short lived after discovering that his true love was behind the camera producing and art directing. Jim successfully integrated his love for film/video into his career in advertising by producing and directing many corporate video segments and features. In 2005 he designed and directed an animated comic feature called ACTIQ Force for a major biotech company’s national sales meeting. Most recently Jim designed and co-produced on the 2006 independent short film “Take Out” directed by Jonathan Budine.

Jim has always been on the cutting edge of integrated digital Art Direction and has received several prestigious awards in film/video, advertising, and multimedia, including two recent Philly GOLD awards, three Rx Club awards in pharmaceuticals, and an International GLOBAL award for his design work. Jim is a long standing member of the Art Directors Club of Philadelphia and sat as a film/video judge for the 2005 Rx Club Awards in New York City.

Jim received a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Communication/Graphic Design from Kutztown University and a Continuing Education Certificate in design from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
